GOODFELLAS star Frank Adonis has died after battling bad health, it's been reported.
US showbiz site is reporting the 83-year-old passed away in Las Vegas after suffering kidney problems for years.
It is understood he had been on a ventilator but his family waited until after Christmas Day to take him off it.
As well as starring in Goodfellas, Adonis was also known for his roles in director Martin Scorsese's other legendary movies.
This included Raging Bull and Casino.
The Italian American actor also featured in Wall Street, Ace Ventura: Pet Detective and True Romance.
In a statement, his wife said: "He will be missed. He was a great father and an amazing husband.
"He helped all his friends he could. Great writer, director and actor.
"He was my best friend."
