She was fined for the outburst before her son became notorious in the UK after a video of a school field incident went viral.

The 16-year-old faces possible assault charges after the clash at Almondbury Community School in Huddersfield, West Yorks.

His mum, who cannot be named, admitted racially aggravated threatening behaviour in court last year.

The owner told: “I came in to work at around 8pm to help lock up for the night.

"She was sitting with one of her sons. I went to the toilet and when I came out there was a pool of sick on the floor. It must have been them.

“I approached them and said, ‘Why didn’t you do it in the bin?’ It was right there.

“He just walked off, but the mum was saying ‘f*** off’ and ‘p*** off’. They went outside and that’s when she started calling me ‘P**i’ and ‘terrorist’. She spat at me.

“I told my brother, ‘Ring the police’ and took my phone to film them. The son was quiet but his mum was ranting.”

She was fined more than £150 for the incident.

The business owner added: “I wasn’t happy with the sentence. I rang the court and asked why it was only a small fine but I knew whatever I said wouldn’t change anything.”

After seeing the video of Jamal being bullied she said: "It’s sad seeing what happens to kids in schools these days.

Kids find it hard to get help. If this video hadn’t been captured then nobody would know."

West Yorkshire Police confirmed a 16-year-old boy is set to be charged with assault over the ‘waterboarding’ incident.

Cops also said they were investigating footage of another attack on Jamal’s sister, where a young girl in a headscarf was taunted and shoved by school pupils.

The revelations come as a crowdfunding appeal for the 15-year-old victim, known as Jamal, topped £150,000.

He was set upon at Almondbury Community School, Huddersfield.

The family’s solicitor is suing far-right activist Tommy Robinson over “false and defamatory allegations” Jamal had been involved in a gang attack on a white girl.
