A MUM who tried to claim £2.5million from the NHS for leaving her “profoundly disabled” faces jail after being caught partying in Ibiza.
Lesley Elder, 50, was also filmed carrying her grandson, vacuuming, walking her dog and going clothes shopping.
She had told a court a botched op in 2010 left her in so much pain she couldn’t travel or work and needed £1million of care.
She was rumbled when photos showed her clubbing after midnight at daughter Tania’s hen do.
George Eliot Hospital NHS Trust in Nuneaton, Warwicks, applied to have her locked up for contempt of court, which carries a maximum sentence of two years.
None of the pics or surveillance footage presented to the High Court showed her with the stick she has to hobble into hearings.

Judge Clive Freedman said: “She doesn’t use it save when being observed for the purposes of financial gain.”
Elder, who now lives in Poole, Dorset, was awarded £120,000 after the incontinence surgery but claimed she was entitled to more.
Her lawyer denies she lied. The hearing continues in January.
