Crime scene investigator with a tattoo fetish has been jailed for sexually assaulting victims
Kevin Dowley has been sent to prison for inappropriately touching two crime victims he was supposed to be helping
A COP with a tattoo fetish sexually assaulted crime victims.
Kevin Dowley, 62, groped a drug addict after commenting on her inking when probing a burglary at her home.

He also pulled down the tights of a tattooed domestic violence victim while recording her injuries at a police station
Dowley, of Stanford-le-Hope, Essex, was found guilty of two sex assaults in September. Yesterday he got two years’ jail at Basildon crown court.
He has been sacked as a crime scene investigator by the Essex force.
Assistant chief constable Nick Downing said: “He abused his position.”
