The analysis piles pressure on the beleaguered Prime Minister on the eve of the Tory conference in Birmingham.

May is facing a huge Tory revolt after her Brexit blueprint was laughed out of the room by EU leaders in Salzburg.

The remaining 45 per cent want her axed before the next scheduled General Election in 2022.
