Britain’s ‘worst female paedo’ who sexually abused nursery kids launches bid to get out of jail by Christmas
NURSERY paedophile Vanessa George has made a new bid for freedom — and hopes to be out of jail by Christmas.
Parole bosses are deciding if the 47-year-old sex beast remains a danger to the public.
If officials approve her application to be released, she will be back on the streets in December.
George was locked up indefinitely in 2009 after she admitted abusing and photographing tots at Little Ted’s nursery in Plymouth, as part of a paedophile ring.
An official enquiry into her dark deeds found the nursery provided her with an 'ideal environment' to carry out her abuse of children.
Her spiral into sexual depravity went unchecked by colleagues and managers despite shockingly inappropriate behaviour at work, the report said.
The mum of two was ordered to serve a minimum of seven years and was first eligible to be freed on parole in 2016.
The Parole Board refused that application, saying she should remain in jail for two more years.
Now a fresh application from George’s legal team has been received.
A decision on the case is not expected until mid- November.

George is at Bronzefield women’s prison in Ashford, Surrey.
A spokesman for abuse victims’ support group Survivors Matter said: “The law states that a person must be rehabilitated before they are released.
“We argue that what is broken with Vanessa cannot be fixed in a seven-year period.”
