A KNIFEMAN in Paris has stabbed a postman in the throat with scissors in the second attack to occur in the French capital in the past 24 hours.
The attacker then tried to attack others, according to local media, before being Tasered by cops.
According to BFMTV, the suspect was a homeless man well known in the neighbourhood for his violent behaviour.
It comes just hours after two British tourists were stabbed in the head and chest by a rampaging knifeman in the capital.
The 31-year-old attacker was using child identity documents issued to an Afghan minor, according to claims made by an investigating source.
He was described as being of Pakistani or Afghan origin, and began "slashing passers-by" on the Loire Quay in the north of the city, according to reports.
