A TEENAGE girl was rushed to hospital after being stabbed in the FACE in Dublin last night.
The victim was knifed during a robbery in the Golden Lane area of the city at 7.20pm last night.
Police have arrested a 17-year-old girl and a 20-year-old man over the attack.
The victim is recovering in hospital.
Police are urging witnesses to come forward.
A force spokesman said: “Gardai at Pearse Street in Dublin are investigating a serious assault which occurred at Golden Lane, Dublin 8 at approximately 7.20pm last night, Tuesday August 15, 2018.

“An 18-year-old female was attacked and received serious stab wounds to her face at the above location, property was also stolen from the victim during the incident.
“A number of Garda units responded and following a search of the area two people were arrested in connection with this investigation, a female, 17 years, and a male, 20 years."
