The thug can be seen standing in front of his victim with his arms folded as she screams in his face.
He suddenly smashes her square in the face as people around him gasp in shock.
The girl somehow manages to stay on her feet and approaches him again.
But there are screams as he unleashes another blow to her head, knocking her unconscious.
The girl collapses backwards onto the pavement as stunned pals stand around her.
The yob is wearing a black t-shirt and blue jeans with white flashes across the denim.
Someone reporting to be a friend of the victim wrote online: "Yeah he done that to my friend then went on to kick me when I fell over.
"What a brave little boy."
The video was posted online with the caption: "Another little coward s*** bag outside Faces this weekend!
"Share this round hope he gets what's due to him!"
It has been shared thousands of times on Facebook and Twitter.
Disgusted viewers took to social media last night to vent their anger at the yob.
One wrote: "What a hard man!! I don’t think.i hope he gets what’s deserves,hope the young lady is ok."
Another said: "He’s a f****** scum bag who needs his head caving in and I really feel for her.
"But girls, if a bloke starts swinging - get the f*** out of there."
A Met police spokesman last night said: "Police in Redbridge are investigating after a woman was assaulted outside Faces nightclub on Cranbrook Road, IG2.
"The incident took place at approximately 03:00hrs on Saturday, 28 July.
"The victim was taken to hospital for treatment. The incident is being treated as GBH. No arrests have been made."
