Key Jeremy Corbyn ally reportedly says Labour’s anti-Semitism scandal was invented by ‘Jewish Trump fanatics’
Peter Willsman allegedly also demanded evidence from 68 rabbis who had warned of hatred towards Jews within the Labour Party
A KEY Jeremy Corbyn ally declared Labour’s anti-Semitism scandal was “false” and invented by “Jewish Trump fanatics” in an incendiary recording revealed last night.
MPs called for NEC member Peter Willsman to be suspended after his furious rant demanded “evidence” from 68 rabbis who have warned hatred towards Jews has become “severe and widespread” within the party.

Mr Willsman made the extraordinary claims during the NEC meeting to decide to approve a new party code of conduct on anti-Semitism.
According to the audio - obtained by the Jewish Chronicle newspaper - he said: “We should ask the 70 rabbis ‘where is your evidence of severe and widespread antisemitism in this Party?”
The leaked audio begins with half a sentence saying: “They can falsify social media very easily” - appearing to suggest some of the anti-Semitism Labour members have posted online has been faked.
He then says: “And some of these people in the Jewish community support Trump – they are Trump fanatics and all the rest of it.

“So I am not going to be lectured to by Trump fanatics making up duff information without any evidence at all.”
He asks those present at the National Executive Committee meeting to put up their hands if they have “seen” anti-Semitism in Labour.
And he suggests he was “amazed” some said they had.
Last night Jewish Labour MP Luciana Berger called for his suspension and a “formal investigation”.

She said: “Anyone listening to this recording will be appalled to hear the venom and fury directed by Mr Willsman at the British Jewish community.
“That he accuses the Jewish community of falsifying social media and being “Trump fanatics” in order to deny the serious concerns of 68 rabbis beggars belief.
“Mr Willsman only has to take a look at his NEC papers or the many recent press reports to see evidence of antisemitism in the Labour Party.
“In the past week alone two Labour councillors have been suspended and the Party have confirmed that 252 people are being investigated for the comments they’ve made online directed at Dame Margaret Hodge MP.”

Staggeringly Labour’s General Secretary Jennie Formby has written to Mr Willsman to inform him that he would not be the subject of any investigation after he wrote her an apology.
Mr Willsman is now standing a candidate in the current elections for nine constituency Labour Party (CLP) places on the powerful NEC which features the leader, Deputy Tom Watson and shadow front bench members including Rebecca Long-Bailey.
In a separate rant, Labour were also forced to suspend a Scottish councillor in Fife who suggested the Israeli secret service was plotting to stop Jeremy Corbyn becoming PM.
According to The Courier newspaper, Mary Bain Lockhart wrote on Facebook: “If the purpose is to generate opposition to anti-Semitism, it has backfired spectacularly. If it is to get rid of Jeremy Corbyn as Labour leader, it is unlikely to succeed, and is a shameless piece of cynical opportunism.

“And if it is a Mossad assisted campaign to prevent the election of a Labour Government pledged to recognise Palestine as a state, it is unacceptable interference in the democracy of Britain.”
Labour sources said Ms Lockhart has now been suspended pending a probe.
It emerged last night Shadow Chancellor John McDonnell has slammed Jeremy Corbyn’s handling of the scandal and demanded an end to disciplinary proceedings against Dame Margaret Hodge.

THE vilification of Jews by Labour begins at the very top.
That is why Jeremy Corbyn sits mute as a senior ally on the party’s governing body brands them “Trump supporters” cooking up false anti-semitism allegations to wound Labour.
This grotesque lie does not even register with the leader as offensive. As Peter Willsman spews out hateful prejudice it goes unnoticed by Corbyn in a way it would not for any other ethnic group.
Everything flows from his warped worldview that Israel, America and even Britain are malign forces.
It is why Corbyn can approve of a blatantly anti-semitic mural. Or see the “hand of Israel” behind Islamist murder. Or call Hamas terrorists “brother” after they have helped slaughter Jews.
Or discipline two veteran MPs who accused him over anti-semitism . . . but not an actual anti-semite in Willsman.
This is the dark heart of the man Labour wants to install in Downing Street.
We don’t just mean the hard-left muppets on his front bench. We mean the Yvette Coopers, Chris Leslies and Chuka Umunnas — all still on Team Corbyn, all ready to campaign for Jezza and his vile goons to run this country.
And as for the “progressive” millennials who think Corbyn is Christ, how do you like this racist party you’ve joined?
