Hundreds of migrants lost at sea, tourist’s sunbed ordeal and shark spotted off Majorca

MIGRANTS MISSING IN THE MED

HORRIFYING photos have emerged of dead bodies being pulled from the sea after an inflatable dinghy carrying migrants sank off the coast of Libya.

The bodies of three babies were recovered and around 100 people were missing, the coastguard said.

It comes days after Italy refused to allow ships carrying rescued migrants to dock amid a crackdown on migrants landing on their shores.

SHATTERED EU leaders finally caved in to Italy's demands for help over the migration crisis after PIZZA was delivered at 2am during marathon talks in Brussels.

They said their new plans would bolster external borders and improve solidarity among member nations by easing pressure on point-of-entry states like Greece and Italy.

TOURIST ON SUNBED SWEPT OUT TO SEA

A TERRIFIED tourist has been rescued in Crete after floating for 21 hours on the open sea on an inflatable sunbed swept away by a strong current.

Russian medic Olga Kuldo, 55, was saved after a border patrol plane checking for illegal immigrants spotted her SEVEN MILES offshore.

A GREAT white shark has been spotted stalking the seas off the southern coast of Majorca — the first official sighting at the Brit-packed tourist spot in 30 years.

Scientists pictured the huge 16.5ft "Jaws" near the holiday island before revealing the historic sighting on social media.
