A TORY MP who blocked new laws to ban “upskirt” pics will be hauled in for a carpeting by party bosses this week.
Theresa May is furious that Sir Christopher Chope should stand in the way of outlawing a degrading practice.
She has ordered governent whips to give him a dressing down after the Commons returns on Monday.
On Saturday, Justice Minister Lucy Frazer said she was confident Sir Christopher’s actions would not scupper the Bill in the long term.
She said: “We are committed to making sure upskirting becomes a criminal offence and have every expectation that this will happen.”
