Stephen Cameron was 21 when he was murdered in front of his fiancee by brutal Noye, 70, on an M25 slip road on the 19th May 1996.

Toni, 73, died in April 2016 after a sudden illness when she caught a superbug after catching her arm on a bush in her back garden.

Ken said: "They were so close in life that it seemed right to put them together in death.

"After Toni was cremated we had a little ceremony at Stephen's grave and interred her ashes with him.

"It brings me some comfort to know that they are together again." Ken revealed the secret to coincide with the 22nd anniversary of Stephen's murder.

He also made a plea for Noye to be denied home leave.

Ken added: "We've had 22 years of heartache.

"I have been told that Noye can apply for home leave from next month. That is a real kick in the guts.

"I would implore the government to step in and stop this evil man enjoying the freedom so terribly taken from Stephen.

"The public will be incensed that this career criminal can go back to his relatives.

"He should not be allowed to enjoy a home life of Sunday roasts." After the stabbing, witnessed by fiancee Danielle Cable, Noye fled to Spain. He was caught and finally caged in 2000.

Noye was moved to Standford Hill open prison in Sheerness in March.
