She had been looking after Mr Seddiki and his wife Fatima, 91 — both dementia patients — and often stayed with them in Islington, North London.

Molly’s son is expecting a child with girlfriend Ruby Sparks, 25, and had posted a womb scan photo on Facebook.

Ruby posted a heart-wrenching social media tribute to “Queen Molly”, saying: “Last week my unborn baby lost her glam’ma (grandmother). I’m so heartbroken she’ll never get to meet you!”

Morocco-born Mr Seddiki — a dad of two — was arrested then bailed by police. He has remained in hospital due to his infirm condition.

Neighbours on the Papworth council estate say Molly was well known there and was always smiling.
One tearful local said: "I used to sit with her in the flat chatting. She was jolly with a beautiful smile, loved her job and even gave me cuddles.
"But she never once mentioned having any problems with the couple, no tantrums or anything. She just used to say 'he is all right'.
"Mr Sedikki could not even walk and they rarely went out - only to hospital. It is a horrible nightmare."
The couple are believed to have a married son aged 62 who works as a non-emergency ambulance driver and a daughter.
A woman living in a grounds floor flat said: "The daughter was once crying, complaining that her parents don't know who she is any more because of their dementia.
"We used to see the old man about a lot more but in the last couple of years he hasn't been seen apart from when he goes to hospital."
