Did she kill 'pizza bomber' Brian Wells?

She was never convicted of murdering delivery man Brian Wells, 46, but rather being involved in the raid that led to his death.

But Mr Wells' family believe he was actually a hostage and had been forced to carry out the raid.

Seconds before his death after being surrounded by police, he had told police that he had been coerced into the bank raid.

He had pleaded to them “I don’t have a lot of time” and said he had “heard the thing ticking and it’s going to go off”.

A few seconds later bleeping could be heard before an explosion blew open most of his body on live TV.

The bomb squad, who didn’t arrive in time, later discovered the device only gave Mr Wells 55 minutes before detonation.

When did she date Bill Rothstein?

Marjorie Diehl-Armstrong dated Bill Rothstein on and off during the 1960s and 70s.

And it was Rothstein who was thought to have made the bomb - and it was he that would lead to her arrest.

Almost one month after the very public death of Brian Wells, Rothstein called 911.

He told the police call handler: “At 8645 Peach Street, in the garage, there is a frozen body.

“It's in the freezer.”

The corpse was Diehl-Armstrong’s boyfriend and Rothstein had agreed to store it.

It later transpired he had been bumped off because he was going to tell the police about the failed bank job.

Diehl-Armstrong later admitted to his killing but said she was mentally ill at the time.
