A FASHION  designer who slashed her husband’s face eight times  with scissors  avoided jail yesterday — and left court in a “What goes around comes around” T-shirt.

Charlotte Laudat, 31, discovered  Simon, 40,  was having an affair with a woman in her 70s.

Children’s fashion designer Laudat flew at her husband in a rage after finding naked pics of the OAP on his phone.

Later that evening at her flat in Finsbury Park, North London, Laudat pulled out a pair of scissors and said: "You're going to die tonight".

He leapt 20ft from a window to flee in Finsbury Park, North London.

Laudat, now pregnant with another man’s child, admitted wounding and inflicting grievous bodily harm in March.

She claimed then that Simon and the woman had an “agreement” for £50 and dinner, but were meeting for sex.

Reading a victim impact statement from a wheelchair, dad-of-three Simon told of a catalogue of abuse suffered at his wife’s hands - including her smashing a bottle of champagne over his head.

He also accused his wife of working in strip clubs and engaging in “sugar daddy” dating.

And Simon claimed it was not the first time she had violently attacked him.

He told the court: “On the evening on her 30th birthday in December 2016 on a romantic trip to Scotland she got violently drunk and broke a champagne bottle over my head.”

Laudat wept as she was given an 18-month suspended jail term, a restraining order and told to pay Simon £5,000 for his injuries at Blackfriars crown court.
