In 2016 he sexually assaulted two ten year old girls at a block of flats in Perm city.
The victims gave police an accurate description of the man and an identikit picture was widely distributed in the region, and on social media.
A woman saw man resulting the identikit close to a child, and called police and volunteers, resulting in his arrest.
Psychologists found "multiple deviations in his sexual behaviour".
He was judged mentally fit to stand trial. He will serve his sentence in a strict regime penal colony.
The man was not named to protect the identity of his children and other minors.
