Amanda Knox says ‘Foxy Knoxy’ was society’s attempt to vilify her
Miss Knox made the comments during an ABC interview ahead of her new TV show about women who have been publicly shamed
AMANDA Knox says she is still haunted by her Foxy Knoxy nickname years after her trial for the murder of British student Meredith Kercher.
In an ABC interview, Miss Knox described being called Foxy Knoxy as being in a "limbo space" between her real personality and a fictional character."
Amanda, jailed for four years for the 2007 killing in Italy, was cleared in 2015.
Now 30, the American has launched a TV series on women who have been publicly shamed called 'The Scarlet Letter.'

In an interview, Amanda claimed she could've been the "kinkiest person in the world" and it would have made no difference to her trial.
She also claimed she fell victim to "society's impulse to vilify women and female sexuality."
