Meghan Markle’s best friend Jessica Mulroney jets in to help the royal bride-to-be with final wedding plans

MEGHAN Markle had her final wedding dress fitting this weekend — and flew in her lookalike best friend to help.

Stylist Jessica Mulroney, who’s displayed a very similar dress sense to the royal bride-to- be, jetted into Heathrow for a girls’ weekend.

Meghan Markle flew in her best friend and stylist ahead of her wedding day

It included another “mini hen party” for pals who missed Meghan’s first at Soho Farmhouse in March.

Meghan, 36, and Jessica — also a wedding planner in Toronto, Canada — attended the fitting at a top-secret location and paid a visit to the Windsor church where Meg will wed Prince Harry on May 19.

A royal source said: “Jessica is Meghan’s BFF (best friend forever) and has been a huge influence.

“Meghan’s turned to her for advice on everything from the dress, the flowers, decorations in church, the wedding lunch — and even the seating plan.

“She is the real power behind the throne in this royal wedding and has been invaluable.

“Although Jess lives in Toronto, the two are on the phone all the time. Meg wanted Jess at the final fitting as it’ll be the most famous dress of the year and she’s quite nervous about it. It all went really well and they were delighted with the result.”

Jessica and her husband were among the first to meet Harry, 32, when he started dating Meghan.

The source continued: “The dress is the biggest secret of the wedding – not even Harry knows who’s designing it.

"The dress has had to be taken in a bit as Meg has lost a bit of weight, but that’s entirely normal for all brides before their big day.

Last week The Sun on Sunday revealed Meg needed alterations to her dress as she had lost weight.

We reported it’s a Ralph and Russo design but a fashion insider this week said Canadian designer Erdem is also in the frame.
