'Simon' said he is honest with his children about his arrangements, and doesn't believe that modern relationships work
A DAD who offers his home to girls rent-free in exchange for SEX defended his arrangement on This Morning - claiming he is NOT a pervert.
'Simon', a homeowner who says he leads a privileged life, has had three 'relationships' with girls who responded to his online adverts.
He said: "I'm not a pervert. It's a relationship, but it's an arranged relationship.
"I'm seeking an arrangement, I'm very honest about what I say.
"I've been married, I have a family but I find that modern relationships don't work."
Shockingly, Simon has had girls as young as 16 respond to his adverts on Craigslist.
Simon, who has told his children about his unconventional relationships, said: "A lot of 16-year-olds, 17-year-olds contact me on a regular basis."
But he says he will always try to refer such cases to Social Services, and uses adverts to find arrangements because he wants to share his life with someone.
He said: "I have a fantastic life and I want to share it.
"If we weren't having fun and having a good time, then I wouldn't really be there."
It comes after The Sun exposed the seedy world of sex for rent in London, with sleazy landlords taking advantage of young women.
In the space of just a few hours, our reporter uncovered a horrifying list of sex for rent adverts posted online by creepy landlords on Craigslist.
Sickening ads were targeting vulnerable girls who were struggling to make ends meet in London.
The law states a crime is committed when a person causes or incites someone to become a prostitute under the Sexual Offences Act 2003.
But there are no known prosecutions over "sex for rent" in the UK because it is such a new phenomenon - and Simon says he's doing nothing wrong.
"It's an arrangement between two adults, I'm not looking for a 16-year-old.
"I want someone of my own age."
