Brit mum ‘dies’ on table during £3,000 Kardashian-inspired cosmetic op in Turkey

A MUM who tried to get a bum like Kim Kardashian nearly died on the operating table — but was not told.

Jade Stafford, 25, paid £3,000 for a four-day trip to a cosmetic clinic in Turkey to take fat from her back and tum to pump into her bottom.

But she came round from surgery in agony and was given morphine by doctors who did not tell her she had to be resuscitated.

Worried Jade ignored their advice to rest for seven days and flew home after two.

Her GP immediately sent her to hospital with an erratic heartbeat and collapsed lungs.

Medics said bruising on her chest was a tell-tale sign she had been given CPR following a cardiac arrest.

Beautician Jade, recovering at home with kids La-Riyah, six, and Amara, 18 months, said: “I couldn’t work out why my chest was in agony.

“Hospital doctors said they were sure I had rigorous CPR recently which had caused a partial collapse of my lungs.

“I was furious the bottom op people had just fobbed me off saying I must have had an allergic reaction to morphine.”

Jade, of Stafford, has consulted solicitors about suing the clinic — and has a damning letter from her GP stating she appeared to have had a cardiac arrest.

The Istanbul clinic disputed Jade’s claims about the operation on March 10.

A spokesman said: “Liposuction in the tummy area can cause chest bruising. If we had had to give CPR, of course she would have been informed.”
