Residents in Guildford street told they will receive letters until Royal Mail know German shepherd is no longer a danger
A WHOLE street has not had its mail delivered for six months after a postwoman was bitten by a dog.
The cul-de-sac residents have been told they will not get post until Royal Mail know the German shepherd is no longer a danger.
Five-year-old Serj got out of his house, jumped at the postie and bit her arm.
His owner Tom Groves, 30, said it was a “one-off incident” but they do not know when the ban will end.
Residents of the 22 houses in Medlar Close, Guildford, Surrey, have to go to a sorting office two miles away.
Neighbour Carol Calland, 68, said: “He’s a lovely dog.
