Teenager has 150 vacuum cleaners – and even flogs spares to his teachers

A TEENAGER obsessed with vacuum cleaners has a collection of 150.
Matthew Lock, 13, also fixes old ones to sell and even flogs them to his teachers.
It started from the age of two when he got a toy Henry.
By ten, he was teaching himself repairs and will often mend them for friends’ parents.
Matthew, who keeps them in a workshop in the garden, said: “I get them off eBay or find them in skips and people have even started leaving them outside my back door. I can get a broken machine for about £5, fix it and sell it on for £50.”
