AN 11-year-old girl has given birth by cesarean after she was "gang raped by six men".
The young girl was allegedly lured into the sick abuse with the promise of money for her impoverished family and gave birth to her daughter a month prematurely.
Her baby is believed to be experiencing some "health problems".
All six suspects in the attack in Rajkot, western India, were arrested last week, .
They were named as visually impaired Vijanand Ahir, Vipul Chavda, 40, Govind Sakariya, 61, Arvind Kubawat, 60, Nanji Javiya, 67, and an unnamed 17-year-old.
The men, who allegedly lured her in by offering her work cleaning their homes, were arrested after the victim's mother complained to police that her daughter was pregnant, .

A police spokesman is reported as saying the young mother is in a "stable condition" after giving birth.
They added: "The newborn baby had some health problems and has been admitted to a government-run children’s hospital."
An official said last week: "The girl’s father is unemployed due to ill health and her mother works as a maid.
"She was lured by them with the offer of money. The matter came to light after she was found to be eight months pregnant.
"Initially the girl concealed the incident from her family members but eventually told her mother."
