A source said: “She was a complete natural.

"The Royal Family really is getting an all-action princess. She’s incredibly well trained and prepared – just like her ex-Army husband.”

Meghan  had attended the one-day firearms training session held at a gun club in British Columbia, Canada, in 2009.

The Glock she used is the world’s law-enforcement handgun of choice — getting its name by the 17 rounds it can fire.

Another source, who did not want to be named, told The Sun: “Meghan was keen to learn how to properly hold, fire, reload and move with a handgun.

“She learned quickly and did very well.

"There were only positive things to say about her.
