A TODDLER is among four family members shot dead in a gun rampage at a New York apartment.

Four people were found dead in an apartment in Brooklyn at 5am today, according to NBC New York.

Cops are trying to determine if it is a murder-suicide.

NYPD said they are on the scene at the apartment on Thatford Avenue in Brooklyn, investigating the deaths of four individuals, including one child.
