According to local media, the grandmother of the child made the horrifying discovery around 5am this morning local time when she arrived at the apartment to babysit.

The little girl is believed to be younger than 2 years old, and three men, were found dead with bullet wounds to the head, police sources told

Cops are trying to determine if it is a murder-suicide.

NYPD said they are on the scene at the apartment on Thatford Avenue in Brooklyn, investigating the deaths of four individuals, including one child.
