THE FIRST pictures from a new film about Prince Harry and Meghan Markle's fairytale romance have been released.
The sneak peek of Harry & Meghan: A Royal Romance, comes as it's announced the film will air on Lifetime on May 13, just six days before the real-life couple's royal wedding date on May 19.
Chronicling the courtship between the prince and his bride-to-be, Prince Harry is played by British actor Murray Fraser who has also appeared in ITV's The Loch and Victoria, while Jessica Jones actress Parisa Fitz-Henley plays Meghan Markle.
The film will look at the history of their relationship from the couple being introduced by friends, through to keeping their romance under wraps and finally the intense media attention surrounding their relationship and engagement.
Confirming the air date, Lifetime released two stills from the film, one capturing Harry and Meghan enjoying an intimate slow dance.
The other image features the smiling couple with Prince William and the Duchess of Cambridge, played by Burgess Abernethy and Laura Mitchell respectively.
Earlier this week, actress Parisa Fitz-Henley took to Instagram to reveal they were wrapping up one final scene for the film, which was shot in Los Angeles and Vancouver.
She teased: "It's a really special scene, I'm really looking forward to sharing it with you."
She added: "It's been such a labour of love for everyone involved, and we hope you love it too."
The actress previously shared a snap with her co-star from the set saying: "Sweet dreams to you, Love Harry and Meghan."
Parisa was snapped in Vancouver filming a trailer for Suits as Meghan in the film.
And Murray was also filming in the Canadian city as Prince Harry meeting a crowd at a red carpet event.
Also in the cast, House of Cards' actor Steve Coulter will play Prince Charles, Deborah Ramsay will star as Camilla Parker-Bowles, Bonnie Soper is cast as Princess Diana while Maggie Sullivan will play the Queen.
