Arsenal star Ainsley Maitland Niles’ homeless mum may be kicked on to the streets after revealing she lives in a storage box
The Big Yellow Storage warehouse claims she has violated the terms and conditions of her rental agreement by living inside the unit just off the M25 in Hertfordshire
But bosses at the branch have launched a probe after she revealed she was living at the unit just off the M25 in Hertfordshire.
The company’s T&Cs state: “You must not (and You must not allow any other person to): use the Room as living accommodation.”
A source said: “The agreements are clear that you cannot live in the box you rent.
“It’s for storage only – they are not apartments and are not set up to be lived in.
“Managers will be extra vigilant now and will tell her, under no uncertain terms that she cannot live there.”
Yesterday Jule told The Sun that neither Ainsley, 20, nor his brother Cordi, 23, has spoken to her since The Sun on Sunday revealed her plight.
She said: “I haven’t anything from them and I know I’m not going to.”
The brothers live in a £700,000 apartment in Finchley, North London while their mum faces being put out on the street.
Ainsley – who is valued at £15million – was an unused sub as Arsenal lost 2-1 away at Brighton yesterday.
The Sun on Sunday revealed yesterday how Ainsley told his mum “I just want to live my life” after moving out of her family home – and refusing to pay the rent.
The mum was given six months to find a new home and when she could not she was kicked out.
She said: “I couldn’t believe it. I was devastated.”
Jule, a childcare worker, said she could not find anywhere to rent because she is on a zero-hours contract and her income is irregular.
A source close to Ainsley said he was unaware Jule was living in a storage container.
