Mum left unable to eat, speak or drink after botched Botox op
A MUM-of-one was left unable to eat, speak or drink after a botched facial Botox injection.
Marie Snapp, 36, says she looked like she’d had a stroke from the cosmetic procedure, one of 100,000 a year in the UK.
Speaking in a BBC Three documentary, she said she felt “totally violated” by the beautician who did the op, as she was not warned of risks.
Marie, from Glasgow, said: “You can actually go blind from bad Botox. The beautician didn’t ask me if I had any allergies.
“You could go into shock. It can be life-threatening.”
The documentary exposes a trend of people as young as 18 regularly getting the injections.
