Yossi said he saw the homeless man across the street and even though he didn't ask for food, he brought him into the restaurant to eat.

However, upon entering, Yossi told that the cashier told the homeless man, 'You're not getting food.'

Myrtle Beach Police Department said in a statement that staff had contacted them to remove the homeless man as he was asking for money in the parking lot and, upon arriving at the establishment, cops were approached by staff who told them the man was in the restaurant.

Yossi said he couldn't believe what he was seeing so he started recording the incident on his phone.

In the clip, which has had over one million shares on social media, the police officer tells the man: "After you're done eating, you have to leave and you can't come back."

Turning to restaurant staff, Yossi says: "You guys suck, he didn't even ask me for food. I brought him in from outside.

"I'll never be back here again. "

A staff member then approaches Yossi, telling him to 'calm his voice' and accuses him of being disorderly, before asking the police officer to also remove him from the restaurant.

When Yossi asks if he can finish his food first or get a refund, the cop responds: "That's not me, I am not civil court.

"If he wants you removed, you have to go."

"I'm asking you nicely, I'm not here to argue with you. I am the law, you need to get your stuff and leave."

After being escorted by police from the restaurant, Yossi calls to the homeless man: "Come, I'll buy you food somewhere else."

Turning to the police officer he says: "You know what you're doing is wrong, deep inside you know that."

Joel Pellicci, Jr., the owner of the McDonald's where the incident happened told : "At my restaurant, the goal is to provide our customers with a positive and welcoming experience each time they visit.

"Unfortunately, the individual in this video has a history of disruptive behaviour and has been asked to leave by management and police on several occasions."
