THESE incredible photos show what life was really like during the 1950s in Post War Britain.
The pictures reveal an astounding glimpse into the every-day life of a generation dubbed the baby boomers.
The phrase comes from the high number of births in the West in the years following World War Two.
The Queen had just ascended to the throne and there was a new sense of hope for many Brits.
