Yorkshire Ripper Peter Sutcliffe tells pals he faces THIRD cop quiz over unsolved attacks
YORKSHIRE Ripper Peter Sutcliffe has told pals that police plan to quiz him for a third time about unsolved attacks.
The serial killer, 71, said detectives had been in contact to say they hope to speak to him in jail in June.
Sutcliffe, who is in HMP Frankland in Co Durham, wants to go back to court hoping to appeal against his whole-life sentence.
He told a friend: “My solicitor says they are coming back to see me.
“It would be good if it does go back to court so I can argue against my sentence. I shouldn’t still be here.” Police said last week they had wound up the cold-case review into unsolved attacks.
Sutcliffe said: “They must be hoping I say something new.

“They must be a bit thick as I’ve explained everything I know. They are making me look like an idiot by keeping coming back to ask me the same things.”
Sutcliffe was handed 20 life sentences in 1981 for 13 murders and seven attempted murders between 1975 and 1980 in West Yorkshire.
The local force did not comment on claims it plans to quiz Sutcliffe again.
