Max Mosley has begun a legal bid to gag the Press forever over his S&M orgy
The millionaire has hired top lawyers to try to wipe it from newspaper records
MAX Mosley has begun a legal bid to stop the Press ever again telling of his S&M orgy.
The millionaire has hired top lawyers to try to wipe it from newspaper records.
The News of the World revealed in 2008 Mosley took part in a sex party where five hookers in uniforms performed sadistic acts.
After a widely reported court case, a judge publicly ruled the orgy had taken place but was a private matter.
If Mosley wins the case, even the public judgement about the orgy story may never be allowed to be reported again.
Experts warn that could open the floodgates for celebs, the wealthy and political elite to permanently cover up former wrong-doing.

The son of Nazi sympathiser Oswald Mosley also wants newspapers to recognise he is not a racist. They reported he was fined in 1961 for obstructing a cop while taking part in a demo against an anti-apartheid rally. Also, they have reported he wrote to The Times in 1962 that his father’s party wanted to “end coloured immigration”.
And Mosley is demanding a ban on reporting his connections with the funding of Press regulator Impress through a trust.
He is threatening to sue the owners of The Sun, The Times and Daily Mail if they do not comply.
