Meghan Markle’s Suits co star Patrick J Adams slams Twitter troll for mocking up pic of her as Cheddar Man with Prince Harry
A US politician has sparked outrage after tweeting out a picture of Meghan Markle mocked up as Cheddar Man.
Republican congressional candidate Paul Nehlen sent out the shocking image late last night - and was immediately condemned by her Suits co-star Patrick J Adams.
Patrick - who plays Meghan's on-screen lover Mike Ross - blasted: "You're a sad and sick man with no sense of shame or class.
"Get a life. And don't go anywhere near MM - she's got more power, strength, honor and compassion in her fingernail than you'll ever know in this lifetime.
"Way above your weight class"
The tweet, which The Sun Online has decided not to show, features Cheddar Man - the fossil of the first modern Brit who had "dark skin" - superimposed on one of Harry and Meghan's engagement photos.
The caption reads: "Honey, does this tie make my face look pale?"
Twitter users lined up to condemn Nehlen, who has refused to delete the shocking image.
One fumed: "I'm hoping someone kicks your a**.... Literally. What a coward you are."
Trump-supporting Nehlen is running to replace US speaker Paul Ryan in his Wisconsin congressional district.
A spokesperson for Kensington Palace declined to comment.
