THIS is dramatic moment Donald Trump swoops into Davos in a squadron of seven choppers to meet with the world’s leaders and elite business kingpins.
Landing in the heavily guarded spot in the Swiss Alps, the maverick leader stepped out of “Marine One”.
Trump’s helicopter was part of large group - so potential attackers can not work out which one the controversial leader was on.
The President then made his way to the gathering of billionaire CEOs and heads of state in the Swiss Alps.
As he arrived he received a warm welcome.
Pumped up by the adulation, he hailed the “great” host country after arriving to plug his economic agenda.
But the maverick Republican was pictured waving to delegates as he arrived at the venue to a rapturous reception - a sight that was sure to distress his left-wing critics.
He smiled and even high-fived some in the crowd that surrounded him taking pictures as he entered the building.
As he arrived at the summit, Trump was asked how he likes Davos and replied that he thinks "it's great".
He said: "We're very happy to be here.
"The United States is doing very well, and will continue to do well and this will be a very exciting two days."
But Trump was without First lady Melania Trump, who he has not been seen with since allegations of an affair between her husband and a porn star surfaced earlier this month.
He said he was bringing a message of "peace and prosperity" to the gathering of world leaders, business executives and celebrities.
The president is expected to declare the United States is open for business.
But the protectionist-leaning president's attendance at the annual gathering for free-trade-loving political and business elites has raised eyebrows.
His decision to sign new tariffs boosting American manufacturers this week has prompted fresh concerns.

In a tweet sent before departing the White House Trump said: "Our economy is now booming and with all I am doing, will only get better...Our country is finally WINNING again!"
