Ed Sheeran buys FOUR homes next to each other in sleepy Suffolk village

ED Sheeran has built up quite the property empire after snapping up several houses in a Suffolk village.
The newly engaged singer has bought four adjacent homes in the hamlet fashioning his own personal country estate.
The news comes a day after it was revealed the ginger pop minstrel was plotting to erect a love nest for his fiancee, Cherry Seaborn including an underground cinema, cherry trees in honour of her name and its own private pub.
The 26-year-old star announced his engagement to Cherry, 25, at the weekend.
Locals have named the singer's new pad Sheeran-ville after land registry records revealed he had snapped up three more properties near the one he already owns in a bid to make his home perfect, reports the .
Though not quite the castle on the hill, Sheeran's home is already a luxurious abode resplendent with a giant tree house, a hot tub and a swimming pool.
One unnamed villager said: "Ed is a super guy and really friendly. He is just a down to earth Suffolk boy at heart – so who can blame him for wanting to settle down here? It is a lovely part of the world.
"He has bought all the properties next door. I guess it means that there is nobody to complain if he plays his music too loudly."
Sheeran, reportedly worth £40million, has planned for a music room in the garden alongside two entertainment rooms.
The property will also feature a 26ft by 26ft tree house, a new cartlodge garage, and an outdoor Jacuzzi hot tub.
A barn on the site will also be converted as part of the impressive development. A private pub already exists on the site.
Suffolk Coastal District Council approved the plans last September.
When previously asked about the development, Sheeran said: "Yeah it's getting there I've built a pub.
"Like I had a bar before, a bar where you could pour beers but now this has like a selection of beers which is cool.
"So basically there's an underground tunnel to get there that you can close off.
"So if I have a party everyone goes in the pub and no one can get in the house so you get no one, raiding the cupboards or smashing anything.
"You have to go underground to get to the pub."
