Comic book legend Stan Lee, 95, accused of sexual assault and harassment by nurses caring for him
Nurses caring for the 95-year-old co-creator of Spider-Man and X-Men say he has repeatedly groped the women at his Hollywood Hills home
COMIC book legend Stan Lee has reportedly been accused of sexual assault and harassment by nurses caring for him.
The 95-year-old co-creator of Spider-Man, the Hulk, Iron Man and the X-Men is said to have repeatedly groped the women.
No police complaint has been made and no lawsuit issued, but the nursing agency is allegedly in a “legal dispute” with the Marvel Comics figurehead.
A source told MailOnline that Lee had “sexually harassed every single nurse” who has been to his Hollywood home.
A spokesman for the nursing company confirmed staff had complained to the owner about Lee.
He now uses a different firm and his lawyer said he categorically denies the allegations against him.
Stan Lee's lawyer Tom Lallas told Sun Online the allegations against the Marvel creator were "false and despicable".
He said: "Mr Lee categorically denies these false and despicable allegations and he fully intends to fight to protect his stellar good name and impeccable character.

"We are not aware of anyone filing a civil action, or reporting these issues to the police, which for any genuine claim would be the more appropriate way for it to be handled.
"Instead, Mr. Lee has received demands to pay money and threats that if he does not do so, the accuser will go to the media.
"Mr Lee will not be extorted or blackmailed, and will pay no money to anyone because he has done absolutely nothing wrong."
