MEG'S 4-LETTER VOW

Meghan Markle promising to give up swearing AND biting her nails in 2018

MEGHAN Markle faces a momentous year — while trying to give up biting her nails and swearing.

Prince Harry’s bride-to-be, 36, has the same New Year resolutions every year but admits she struggles to keep them.

She wrote in a blog: “Stop biting my nails. Stop swearing “These make my New Year’s resolution list nearly (AKA actually every) single year.

“The swearing comes in lulls triggered by being overworked or feeling mighty cheeky after a couple drinks.

“And when it comes to the biting of the nails – well, it still happens with a turbulent flight or a stressful day.

“It’s unladylike. But then again, so is the swearing. Dammit.” The former Suits actress also vows every year that she wants to take up French, which she studied at high school. She also aims to run a marathon, which again has eluded her in previous years.

Meghan’s lifestyle blog called Tig was hugely popular until she finished it in April as her relationship with Harry became more serious.

The post about her resolutions was made on January 1 2016 — before she started dating the Prince, 33.
