BORIS JOHNSON may need some better negotiating skills - after he was spotted trying and failing to hire a rental car during an Italian holiday.
The Foreign Secretary was seen throwing up his arms in frustration during a 20-minute attempt to get a vehicle at Turin airport.
Amused bystanders filmed the encounter, which came as Boris made a post-Christmas getaway.
Mr Johnson flew in to Turin, on the edge of the Alps in northern Italy, and tried to hire a vehicle from Fox Rent A Car.

Video of the incident was posted online by another British holidaymaker.
Web users reacted with hilarity to the sight of the Foreign Secretary struggling with the Italian firm.
