First pic of plane passenger who sparked brawl after ‘performing sex act on himself’ before claiming he accidentally spat on a woman
The 51-year-old passenger was arrested after the Gol Airlines flight touched down in Brasilia
THIS is the passenger who sparked a mid-air brawl after he was allegedly caught performing a sex act on himself on plane.
Eudiraci Almeida do Vale, 51, is said to have ejaculated on a female passenger while on a Gol Airlines flight from Belem, in Brazil, to the capital Brasilia.
Vale, an employee of the National Health Foundation, claims he accidentally spat on the woman during a coughing fit.
A clash broke out on the three-and-a-half hour flight as the female passenger, sitting beside him in row 24, started shouting out in panic.
She was moved to the front of the plane after crew intervened, while he was taken to a seat at the back of the jet.
Vale was arrested when the flight touched down in the Brazilian capital, but told police: "I spat [on the victim] during a coughing fit, and it hit the woman beside me. The woman became angry and started hitting out at me.”
The woman told cops: "I was sitting in row 24 and the [accused] was sitting beside me.
“I fell asleep as soon as the plane took off. Half an hour later I woke up when the man beside me started pulling on my hand.
“To my horror I realised he was trying to put my hand on his genitals. I then realised my legs and lap was stained.”
The man was quizzed by cops before being released and is now expected to appear in court to face criminal charges.

Gol Airlines said it "strongly condemns any manifestation of violence that occurred on Friday morning", and is "studying ways to ban the passenger, forever, from all the company's flights".
It added: "The crew acted immediately immobilising the aggressor and the captain informed federal police of the incident and headed to Brasilia’s JK [Presidente Juscelino Kubitschek International] airport.
"On landing, the aircraft's doors were kept shut until officers who were waiting, arrived to carry out the arrest."
