After his £15m 16th century mansion went up in smoke, banker Michael Treichl was left with just £10k in assets
A BANKER who killed himself after being quizzed about the arson of his £15million mansion left just £10,000 assets.
Michael Treichl, 69, spent years restoring 16th century Parnham House before it burnt down.
Two months later, in June, he was found dead.
He is believed to have drowned himself in Lake Geneva, Switzerland.
Police who arrested Mr Treichl on suspicion of arson confirmed they were not looking for anyone else over the fire in Beaminster, Dorset.
Now a document released by the probate office reveals the hedge fund boss did not leave a will.
