DONALD Trump has made yet another Twitter blunder after slamming the wrong 'Theresa May' in a post intended to criticise the British PM.
Last night, the US President fired off a missive telling Mrs May: "Don't focus on me, focus on the destructive Radical Islamic Terrorism".
But Trump sent the tweet to @theresamay - the account of a Theresa Scrivener, a 41-year-old mother from Bognor Regis, Sussex, who has just six followers and has posted nine tweets since joining the social media site in 2009.
The 71-year-old president appeared to realise his mistake around 20 minutes later and sent a new tweet to the British PM.
It read: "Don’t focus on me, focus on the destructive Radical Islamic Terrorism that is taking place within the United Kingdom. We are doing just fine!"
Mrs May had criticised the president after he retweeted three anti-Muslim videos from the account of far-right Britain First deputy leader Jayda Fransen.
Trump has been condemned by politicians across Britain for retweeting the far-right account.
The first video Trump's account re-posted is captioned: "Muslim migrant beats up Dutch boy on crutches."
The second post features a clip showing a Muslim man appearing to destroy a statue of the Virgin Mary.
The third and final tweet claims to show a group of men killing a youngster and is titled: "Islamist mob pushes teenage boy off roof and beats him to death."
Fransen, 31, from Penge, London, is on bail facing charges of causing religiously aggravated harassment as part of a probe into the distribution of leaflets and the posting of videos during a trial in May.
She will also appear in court in Northern Ireland in December charged with using threatening and abusive language during a speech she made at an anti-terrorism demonstration in Belfast on August 6.
Formed in 2011 by former BNP members, Britain First claim to be a political party but are best known for attention-grabbing stunts including "invading" mosques and halal slaughterhouses.
In response to the President's retweets, Frasen posted her delight at the President's retweets, writing: "God bless you Trump. God bless America."
British MPs shouted “disgraceful” as the tweets were raised in the House Commons today after Prime Minister’s Questions.
A spokesperson for Prime Minister Theresa May made a statement, slapping down the US President.
Number 10 said: "It is wrong for the president to have done this.”
