THIS is the bizarre moment a group of naked Russians braved the Siberian winter to hold an impromptu aerobics session on a city centre traffic island.
Shocked onlookers filmed a group of three men and a woman performing press-ups and jumping jacks in freezing Sakhalin island, off the coast of Eastern Russia.
Bemused passers-by crowd around the group to watch them jump up and down in the bitter arctic air - with only shoes and socks for warmth.
The footage was later posted on Russian-language video sites where confused viewers argued over what had sparked the bizarre display.
Some believed the four were winter naturists, but the majority of the posters decided the foursome were drunk, high, or were performing the forfeit after losing a bet.
Viewer Ivan Dobrinya said: "Everyone is going mad in his or her own manner", while another added: "They have either smoked, injected or sniffed something."
