Vile yob effs and blinds at shocked paramedics who were treating a patient – because they were blocking the road
Footage taken in Runcorn shows a man in a large white vehicle get out of his car and square up to the North West Ambulance workers while they treat a patient
THIS is the sickening moment paramedics are set upon by a foul-mouthed road rage lout who bombards them with abuse while they try and save someone's life.
Footage taken in Runcorn from a concerned neighbour shows a man get out of his car and square up to the North West Ambulance workers.
The man, who appears to be in his 40s, can be heard shouting at a female paramedic criticising them for blocking the road and not having their hazard lights on.
He says to the woman while pointing in her face: "How do you explain that? F***ing idiot. You're the f***ing idiot."
He then begins walking away, saying: "F***ing bunch of w*****s.
"I've got your reg by the way. F***ing d***head. Go and do your job properly, f***ing clown."

A North West Ambulance spokeswoman told The Sun Online: "How do you find the words to comment on the actions of this individual when crews are treating someone who could have been in a life critical condition?
"This man needs to ask himself how he would feel if it was his grandparent or mum or dad that we were treating, would he be happy that we waste precious time searching for a better parking space?
"Our staff work day and night to save lives, and do not deserve abuse from anyone for something as trivial as blocking a minor road.
"What was a minor inconvenience for him, was a traumatic time for this patient and if he would like to get in touch so we can explain how every second counts when saving a life, we would be happy to arrange this."
Cheshire Police said in a statement: "Shortly before 5pm on Sunday 12 October officers received reports of an incident on Union Street, Runcorn, involving an Ambulance.
"The incident is currently being investigated and enquiries are on-going."
Staff have reported similar incidents in the area on social media last week.
