Kevin Spacey accused of sexually assaulting Hollywood filmmaker Tony Montana in Los Angeles pub

A SECOND Hollywood figure has come forward with sexual assault allegations against actor Kevin Spacey.
Tony Montana, a filmmaker and director, says the House of Cards star groped him in a Los Angeles pub in 2003.
Montana, who was in his 30s at the time, claimed Spacey grabbed him by the crotch at The Coronet Pub in West Hollywood while he was ordering a drink.
He told online gossip website : “I went up to order a drink and Kevin came up to me and put his arm around me. He was telling me to come with him, to leave the bar. He put his hand on my crotch.
“I put my hand down and turned his thumb back to get his hand off it. I paid for my drink and got away from him.”
He claims Spacey then followed him into the loo, where the Hollywood star then allegedly told Montana: “This designates ownership.”
Montana, best known for Hollywood cult film "Overnight", said the alleged encounter was the last time he saw Spacey.
"I never talked to anyone about it except for therapists," he told Radar.
Montana's claims follow allegations made by actor Anthony Rapp, best known for appearing in Star Trek: Discovery, that Spacey assaulted him after a party in 1986 when he was just 14-years-old.
He said Spacey had laid down on top of him, adding in an interview with : "I was aware that he was trying to get with me sexually."
Responding to the allegations made by Rapp, Spacey - who won Oscars for The Usual Suspects and American Beauty - said he was "beyond horrified" but did not remember the encounter.
Spacey said he owed Rapp a "sincere apology" for what he said would have been "deeply inappropriate drunken behaviour".
He said: “I have a lot of respect and admiration for Anthony Rapp as an actor. I’m beyond horrified to hear this story.
“I honestly do not remember the encounter, it would have been over 30 years ago.
“But if I did behave then as he describes, I owe him the sincerest apology for what would have been deeply inappropriate drunken behaviour, and I am sorry for the feelings he describes having carried with him all these years.”
The 58-year-old actor has since been stripped of an International Emmy Award and his acclaimed Netflix series House of Cards - in which Spacey stars as the manipulative, ruthless politician Frank Underwood - will end after the sixth season.

The company said the decision was made months ago but that it found the current allegations “deeply troubling”.
Yesterday, Netflix went further and said that production on the sixth series was being suspended.
Representatives for Spacey have yet to comment on the latest allegations.
