Kevin Spacey’s brother Randall Fowler ‘not surprised’ at sex claims – and reveals their dad was NAZI who abused his son for YEARS
KEVIN Spacey's brother says he is "not surprised" at sexual assault allegations made against the actor - as he revealed the pair's father was a "Nazi child rapist".
Randall Fowler, 62, said their white supremacist dad, Thomas Geoffrey Fowler, abused Spacey for years in the "house of horrors" home they grew up in.
And the Rod Stewart impersonator is not surprised by allegations that his Oscar-winning brother made a sexual advance on Star Trek's Anthony Rapp when he was just 14.
Fowler's agent, Bonnie Soto, who is writing a book about child sex abuse with him, told The Sun: "Obviously this is not new news, but as far as this particular guy, Randy doesn't know anything because Kevin cut himself off when he became Mr Rich Millionaire."
But she added: "We're not too surprised. And we know that Kevin has been in the closet for a long time."
It comes after Spacey said he had no recollection of the alleged incident against the then-teen actor - but apologised for his "drunken behaviour" while coming out as gay.
This sparked a huge wave of criticism with many accusing him of using his sexuality as a smokescreen to deflect attention from the accusation.
The 58-year-old's estranged brother earlier told he had been made aware of the accusations in the early hours of Monday morning and admitted he found them "disturbing".
Randall, a limo driver from Boise, Idaho, has previously spoken about their upbringing with two "damaged parents" and the affect it had on his life.
And his book is based on the horror he faced as a young man at the hands of the pair's father.
Soto added: "This book he has written is about the child abuse that he went through from the time he was born in this family - it's an autobiography where he pours out his soul.
"In this family there are four major types of abuse physical, sexual, verbal and negligence and this is the experience he has gone through.
"It's an important book as he's the eldest brother who did a lot to try and protect his youngest brother Kevin from a lot of the things - when you're the oldest sibling you try to do that."
Speaking to the Mail On Sunday in 2004, he described how their ultra right-wing perverted father was a member of the American Nazi Party and trimmed his moustache to look like Adolf Hitler.
He also claimed their dad, who he branded The Creature, would regularly beat and rape him - and their mum knew - while their elder sister Julie also endured beatings before running away when she was 18.
A spokesman for Spacey said at the time that Randall's allegations were "serious" and that "Kevin has not experienced the distress that his brother describes as he has never been a victim of abuse and can only sympathise with him".
Randall went on to claim he went through three marriages and 40 affairs while he refused to have children of his own in case they would "inherit the sexual predator gene".
He recalled: "I grew up in a living hell. There was so much darkness in our home it was beyond belief. It was absolutely miserable.
"Years later, our mother actually wrote a letter to all three of us, trying to justify what gone on by saying she was abused as a child and so was our father.
"Kevin tried to avoid what was going by wrapping himself in an emotional bubble. He became very sly and smart."
Randall said his younger brother managed to avoid the whippings by "minding his Ps and Qs" while he did everything in his power to protect him from the abuse.
The family moved 10 times - from Colorado where Randall was born in 1956, to New Jersey where Spacey was born three years later before settling in Los Angeles.
Randall said the siblings felt "trapped" and weren't allowed friends at the house, where their technical writer dad kept the walls of his office covered in pornographic images.
He was briefly allowed to join the Cub Scouts but had to quit when his dad discovered the scoutmaster was Jewish.
Randall said the family were forced to sit through rants at dinner as their dad lectured them on white supremacy, claimed that the Holocaust was a lie, that Jews ran banks and Hollywood, and that something called "biocrud" would destroy the planet.
Randall said the sexual abuse began in 1968, when his dad ordered him to the master bedroom to teach him about "the birds and the bees".
He claims his dad unbuttoned his trousers and he screamed for his mother who started pounding on the door but gave up when she realised it was locked.
Randall, then aged just 12, said his dad carried on and performed a sex act on him.
His mother would later discover that her husband was also abusing a teenage girl, who was a relative.

When their dad was rushed to hospital in 1990, Randall says he finally told his mum about the abuse and how he had "destroyed my life", but he claims she "sat in stony silence".
Two years later, when Mr Fowler died on Christmas Eve 1992, she told him he didn't need to come to the funeral.
He said that it was after this point that Spacey became closer to their mum and the distance between the brothers grew.
A Spacey spokesman told the Mail at the time of the 2004 interview: "Kevin's brother's claim against his father is a very serious one and has been a difficult personal family matter.
"The family all feel deeply for his situation. Kevin has not experienced any of the distress that his brother describes as he has never been a victim of abuse and can only sympathise with him."
The Sun Online has contacted Spacey's representatives for a comment in light of the recent allegations against him.
In an interview published by BuzzFeed News on Sunday, actor Anthony Rapp alleged that he was attending a party at Spacey's apartment in 1986 when an inebriated 26-year-old Spacey picked him up, placed him on his bed, and climbed on top of him. Rapp, then 14, was able to get away without any physical harm.
Spacey responded on Twitter by saying he doesn't remember the alleged encounter but if he acted the way Rapp alleges, "I owe him the sincerest apology for what would have been deeply inappropriate drunken behaviour."
Spacey then said Rapp's story "encouraged" him to address long-simmering rumours about his sexuality.
He wrote that he's had romantic relationships with both men and women in the past but is now living "as a gay man" and wanted to be honest so he could examine "my own behaviour."
Critics denounced the A-lister for appearing to conflate homosexuality with preying on a child, stereotypes that gay activists have fought for generations.
Netflix confirmed that it would not be renewing "House of Cards" - a flagship production that put the subscription platform on the map - beyond season six, due to air in 2018.
Earlier this month, The Sun reported that US journalist Heather Unruh, 50, alleged that a loved one had been assaulted by an A-lister — now suggested to be Spacey.
A request for comment has so far been unanswered.
