The Duke and Duchess and Harry were also due to meet a group of children who have been helped by their charities.

The youngsters taking part have been selected by members of the Duke, Duchess and Prince's Charities Forum - with many going through difficult times in their lives.

More than 30 organisations are involved in the Forum - charities William, Kate and Harry support as patrons and other organisations they work with closely.

The visit today marks Kate's second public appearance since announcing her third pregnancy.

Her first public appearance last week saw her 'bump-shamed' by vile internet trolls.

She was attacked after debuting her growing belly in a sophisticated blue gown at a Buckingham Palace reception honouring mental health campaigners.

Comments posted on photos uploaded to Kensington Palace's official Instagram account were critical of her appearance.

Another commented: "I can't believe she's prego, she looks too thin."

"Really, Is she pregnant?" one said.
