The mum of one claim's she was drugged, bundled into a suitcase, thrown into the boot of a car and kept hostage in an isolated farmhouse for six days before being freed.

But witnesses in the village near Turin, Italy, where she was held have said she was spotted shopping with Lukasz.

Polish-born Lukasz is said to have snatched her with his brother Michal, 36, who is awaiting extradition to Italy from Britain.

Last week Chloe told a TV interview he was armed but made no mention of a weapon to cops - who also questioned why she hadn't told them about going shopping with Lukasz.

His lawyer George Hepburne Scott has suggested the kidnap is a ''sham'' and ''publicity stunt'' with police in both countries being “duped”.

Milan prosecutor Paolo Storari told The Sun:''The investigating judge is happy there was enough evidence to charge Lukasz Herba and he has been charged with one count of kidnap.

"The trial will take place in December but possibly earlier as we are looking for a fast-track hearing.

“The case will go ahead even without Michal Herba as when he is extradited he will face trial separately. We don’t need both of them here in Italy.”
