Harvey Weinstein ‘offered Myleene Klass sex contract’ – but she told him to f*** off
SHAMED movie mogul Harvey Weinstein propositioned Myleene Klass with a sex contract, The Sun can reveal.
The disgusted TV presenter, then 32, immediately declined the offer, telling Weinstein to "f*** off" during a film festival lunch at Cannes in 2010.
The married movie mogul assumed the TV presenter would sleep with him — and wanted to silence her with a “confidentiality agreement”.
Instead Myleene fled their lunch meeting at a restaurant in Cannes feeling “disgusted and angry”.
Last night a friend of the former Hear’Say singer, now 39, said she believed she had been there to discuss work.
They went on: “She thought his intentions were genuine. But as soon as she found out what he really wanted, she told him to f*** off.”
The sleazy Hollywood mogul, 65, has been hit by a wave of sex allegations, which he denies.
Kate Beckinsale also revealed yesterday how Weinstein targeted her in London when she was just 17.
Fellow Brit Myleene has previously talked about her Weinstein encounter but said it would “bring Hollywood down” if she named him.
She had interviewed him at the Cannes Film Festival in 2010 while working for news channel CNN and was invited out to lunch the next day.
Speaking about the incident later that year, she recalled: “About six months ago, a newly married Hollywood star asked me to sign some kind of sex contract with him. I just thought, ‘Mate, which planet are you from?’
“I met him a few times and when I went to interview him it was like something out of a film We were having lunch and as the starter arrived he launched into it.
“I was like, ‘Bugger, I’ve got main and dessert to go – I’m stuck here’.
“Then his PA came over with a confidentiality contract. I just thought, ‘Oh my God, your poor wife.’ I don’t want to be a marriage-wrecker.”
In another interview with The Sun’s Fabulous Magazine the same year, Myleene revealed that she told her then-fiancé Graham Quinn immediately afterwards.
She said: “I left and got straight on the phone to Gray and told him. It would bring Hollywood down if the story got out.
"But I won’t say anything. It’s not my style.”
Beckinsale, now 44, also recalled yesterday how Weinstein once welcomed her in his bathrobe when she was just a schoolgirl.

HOLLYWOOD SEX CLAIMS Who is Harvey Weinstein and what are the sexual harassment allegations all about?
She wrote on Instagram: “When I arrived, reception told me to go to his room. He opened the door in his bathrobe.
“I was incredibly naive and young and it did not cross my mind that this older, unattractive man would expect me to have any sexual interest in him.
“After declining alcohol and announcing that I had school in the morning I left, uneasy but unscathed.”
Kate said Weinstein subsequently asked her if anything untoward had happened.
She went on: “A few years later he asked me if he had tried anything with me in that first meeting.
“I realised he couldn’t remember if he had assaulted me or not.
“I had what I thought were boundaries – I said no to him professionally many times over the years – some of which ended up with him screaming at me calling me a c*** and making threats.
"Some of which made him laughingly tell people ‘Oh, Kate lives to say no to me.’”
The Pearl Harbor star said her refusal to give into Weinstein’s demands “undoubtedly harmed my career”.
She also told of an actor pal who once warned a young actress to be careful around Weinstein.
However he then “received a phone call the next day saying he would never work in another Miramax film”.
Kate added: “The girl was already sleeping with Harvey and had told him that my friend had warned her off.
“Let’s stop allowing our young women to be sexual cannon fodder and let’s remember that Harvey is an emblem of a system that is sick and that we have work to do.”
She was last night backed by Brit actress Emma Thompson, who claimed the Weinstein scandal “is just the tip of the iceberg”.
The Love Actually star, 58, said of the allegations: “They don’t surprise me at all and they’re endemic to the system.”

She told BBC’s Newsnight: “I don’t think you can describe him as a sex addict. He’s a predator. That’s different.”
When asked if there were others like Weinstein in the industry she said: “Of course, many, many.”
The Sun told yesterday how Prince Harry’s ex Cressida Bonas and model Laura Whitmore feared for their safety around Weinstein.
Model Cara Delevigne also told how he once tried to force her into a threesome.
Up to 30 women have so far come forward to face Weinstein of sex crimes, including three rape allegations.
But police fear the total may be much higher.
Last night it emerged that The Weinstein Company, which fired him this week after the claims emerged, may have done so illegally because his employment contract with the movie firm allowed for sexual harassment.
The contract said if he treated someone “improperly” in violation of the company’s Code of Conduct, he must reimburse the firm for settlements or judgments. But as long as damages were paid, no further action would be taken.
